DIGITAL HEISTS

Privacy Policy

Effective date: 18 October 2026

Who we are

This policy covers the Digital Heists website and the Digital Heists Uploader app, both operated by the owner of the Digital Heists YouTube channel (https://www.youtube.com/@DigitalHeistsTV). Contact: [email protected].

What the Uploader app accesses

When the channel owner approves the app on a Google sign-in page, the app receives permission to manage the owner's own YouTube account (the scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube). The app uses this permission only to upload videos, set titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails and publishing schedules, and to read basic information about the owner's own channel. The app does not access, collect or store data about any other person.

How the data is stored and used

The access token Google issues is stored in a private, access-restricted workspace and is used only to perform the actions above. We do not sell, rent or share Google user data. We do not use it for advertising, and no person reads it except the channel owner.

Google API Services User Data Policy

The Digital Heists Uploader's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Revoking access and deleting data

The owner can revoke the app's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking access makes the stored token useless. To ask for deletion of any data, email [email protected].

This website

This website does not use cookies or analytics and does not ask visitors for personal data. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and time of visit) for security and operation.

YouTube

The channel uses YouTube API Services. YouTube's own handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
